    The Clark University men’s basketball team suffered a setback to the Engineers of WPI in New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) action on Saturday evening. Biko Gayman (Fort Pierce, Fla.) and John Pisacreta (Andover, Mass.) led the Cougars with 16 points each in the loss. Senior Chris Rodgers (Franklin, Mass.) posted a game high 21 points en route to victory for WPI.

Junior Luca McCormick (Fort Lauderdale, Mass.) led the Cougars with 10 points in the setback.

The game saw four ties and a total of five lead changes while the Cougars led by as many as 13 points in the first half. Ben Holding led the Lions to victory with 22 points while freshman Biko Gayman (Fort Pierce, Fla.) led all scorers with 28 points in the setback for Clark.

Junior Luca McCormick (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) notched a team high 20 points and seven rebounds in the setback for the Cougars.
