Brandeis Swims to Victory Over Women's Swimming and Diving

Waltham, Mass.--The Clark University women's swimming and diving team was defeated by the Judges of Brandeis University in a road meet on Saturday afternoon at Linsey Pool.

Junior Amelia Muratori (Southbury, Conn.) earned first place in the 50 yard freestly with a time of 26.36. Allison Dubick (Cornwall, N.Y.) finished in third place in the same event with a 26.71 finish.

Freshman Alison Falder (New Milford, Conn.) took third place in the 400 yard IM as she touched the wall in 5:15.46. She later earned second place in the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:47.09.

Muratori finished the 100 yard freestlye in a time of 59.12 to claim third place. Dubick finished just behind her in 59.14 for fourth place.

Freshman Angela Testa (Worcester, Mass.) took first place in the women's one meter dive with a score of 151.95. Senior Jenna Harrison-Peters (Silver Spring, Md.) also earned first place in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:16.74.

Clark swimming and diving will host the Cougar Invitational on Saturday, February 10th at 1:00 p.m.
