Barksdale to Play in 2018 NFHCA Senior Game

Gilbert, Ariz.--Clark University senior field hockey forward, Olivia Barksdale (Fort Washington, Md.) was one of 60 athletes chosen to participate in the 2018 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III 2018 Senior Game. Annually, the Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division III Senior Game features top senior players in the nation — selected seniors are given the opportunity to represent their institution while competing against their peers. This year, the Division III Senior Game will take place in conjunction with the NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championship in Manheim, Pennsylvania — the Senior Game is currently set for 5:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex.

This season Barksdale leads the Cougars and is currently second in the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) for goals scored with 19 and holds the fourth spot in the conference for total points with 42. Over her career Barksdale has scored 51 goals and 21 assists for a total of 123 points. Her 123 career points gives her the 4th spot in Clark Field Hockey All-Time Career Points records and her 51 goals places her in 3rd for career goals at Clark.
