WORCESTER, MASS. – The Clark Cougars' Senior Day ended in a 0-0 draw versus the Babson Beavers at Granger Field this afternoon. Getting on the field in today's New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) matchup for Clark were seven seniors. Those seniors included Maya Mashkuri (Montpelier, VT.), Bailey Glenn (Middleboro, Mass.), Sara Conroy (Clifton Park, N.Y.), Megan Marocco (Swampscott, Mass.), Katie Barber (East Hampton, Conn.), and goalkeepers Alison Carroll (Douglas, Mass.) and Julianna Christy (Plainville, Conn.).

How It Happened
Clark played all three goalies on their roster today with Carroll making the start in net, with Christy and Morgan Small (Quakertown, Penn.) finishing the first and second halves. The Clark trio combined for six total saves and no goals against on the day. Babson netminder Morgan Fedosiewich matched the effort of the Cougars trio, saving all 12 shots sent her way for the Beavers.
The team's fought back and forth through the 110 minutes of play, but neither was able to gain an edge in momentum. Clark would finish with 18 shots total as a unit, with Jamie Joseph (Cazenovia, N.Y.) and Emma Tziachris (Cumberland, R.I.) responsibly for five and three respectively for the Cougars.
Babson had its fair share of opportunities as well, firing off 13 shots, including a pair during the overtime sessions. Clark had the edge in corner kicks as it had six chances to strike with set plays.
Clark returns to Granger Field on Saturday, October 5th with a 3:30 PM matchup against the MIT Engineers. The Cougars look to improve on their 3-1-1 home record as they will be playing this game as their Pink Game for breast cancer awareness.
