Brunswick, ME - Clark's race at the Bowdoin Invitational resulted in a total time of 2:05:28, for a point total of 114. The time and point total helped them to fifth overall. Bowdoin's women's team placed first, seperating themselves from the competition with a total of just 20 points. In second place was Keene State, followed by Plymouth State and Bates.
-In 18th place individually and running Clark's best time on the day was Sophmore Meghan Davinroy (Louisville, CO). Davinroy's time of 24:44.45 was a great pace. Junior Nicolina Braccio (Nashua, NH) ran to 21st overall, not far behind her teammate. Yana Zubarev (Needham, MA) ran to 23rd place while her teammate Liza French (Middleborough, MA) was just behind her in the 25th spot. Trailing French and coming in 27th was Senior, Diana Castillo (San Jose, Costa Rica).
-Bowdoin's top five runners all were in the top six individual times. The only spot they didn't claim was first place, which was recorded by Keene State's Julia O'Rourke. Plymouth State's three best runners all were in the top ten positions, helping them move into third as a team.
-The NEWMAC Championships are the next major meet, taking place on October 27th. Smith College hosts the race that starts at 12:00PM.
