WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University rowing team had three boats record three first-place finishes and a second-place finish to close out the fall at the Wormtown Chase on Saturday from Lake Quinsigamond.

How it Happened

• Clark's Collegiate 4+ of junior Julia Kennedy, junior Mia Franks, senior Emma McLellan, senior Rose Delogu, and senior Charlotte Bedford recorded a victory with a time of 23:29.295, which was over 10 seconds faster than Coast Guard's two boats, UNH, Manhattan, WPI, and Franklin Pierce.
• In the Collegiate 2x event, graduate student Madison Hincher and graduate student Cate Brown finished first with a time of 23:22.231, which beat WPI.
• Eleanor Workman, Charlotte Leavitt, Anna Cavanagh, Morgan McKeen, Katie Woods, Sophie Levengood, Julia Kaiser, and Sam Quesnel won the Collegiate Novice 8+ with a mark of 23:17.136, which finished ahead of UNH.
• In the Collegiate 8+ event, senior Apple Gould-Schultz, Franks, Bedford, senior Megan Hill, senior Josephine Fitzgerald, senior Tessa Allan, junior Gwyn Sonneveldt, Delogu, and McLellan placed second with a time of 20:04.782, which was ahead of Coast Guard.
• Sophomore Mira Mills, Hincher, junior Sydney Gruneiro, Brown, sophomore Anna Tinklenberg, junior Robbie Southall, sophomore Brianna Bodner, junior Matt O'Connell-Vale, and graduate student Lily Bufalino finished sixth with a time of 20:51.718.
• Graduate student Madeline Regenye and Bufalino placed fifth in the Collegiate 2x event with a mark of 28:51.16.

Clark will return to the water on Saturday, April 8 when they compete at Lake Quinsigamond.
