The Clark University Athletic Department is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion among student-athletes, coaches, and staff.

We believe communities are strengthened when unique people of diverse backgrounds are empowered and encouraged to learn from varying perspectives.

We recognize a perpetual need for reform and continued growth within these areas not only in the Clark community and on our varsity athletic teams, but in our everyday lives as well.

We pledge to foster a positive and supportive environment in which important conversations are encouraged to thrive, leading to the action and progress that is needed.

We reaffirm this commitment and stand by these values unequivocally as we strive to meet the various goals set forth by the university and the athletics department, in our shared pursuit of justice and equality within the Clark community and globally.
