Rowing Closes Out Fall at Wormtown Chase

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University rowing team closed out the fall portion of their schedule at the Wormtown Chase on Saturday morning from Lake Quinsigamond.

How it Happened

The Cougars Collegiate 4+ boat of Apple Gould Schultz, Anna Tinklenberg, Emma McLellan, Katie Woods, and Robbie Southall placed third overall with a mark of 22:12.6, which placed ahead of WPI and Coast Guard.
Clark's V8, which consists of Apple Gould-Schultz, Emma McLellan, Gwyn Sonneveldt, Sydney Gruneiro, Jordan Cambre, Toni Babson, Victoria Weirich-Freiberg, Abigale Luetjen, and Giovanna Iosso finished sixth overall with a time of 21:17.435.
The Cougars 2V8 of Mira Mills, Anna Tinklenberg, Katie Woods, Lindsey Wilder, Hannah Crook, Amelia Clark, Anne Culhane-Williams, and Baysa Silverman placed 10th overall with a mark of 22:24.05.
Clark's 3V8 of Audrey Saben, Margaret Mathews, Charlotte Leavitt, Lucy Powdermaker, Julia Kaiser, Robbie Southall, Carmella Martone, Olivia Palmer, and Sophie Levengood finished 12th overall with a time of 22:52.135.

Clark will return to the water in the Spring.
