WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University rowing team competed for the second straight day from Lake Quinsigamond on Sunday afternoon and saw their 2V8 secure a victory in the Petite Final.

How it Happened

• Clark's V8 of senior Apple Gould-Schultz, senior Charlotte Bedford, graduate student Cate Brown, graduate student Madison Hincher, senior Josephine Fitzgerald, senior Rose Delogu, senior Emma McLellan, junior Mia Franks, and sophomore Anna Tinklenberg opened the day with a third-place finish in their heat with a time of 6:56, topping RIT and PLU and later in the grand final, the Cougars finished fifth with a mark of 6:58.5.
• The 2V8 of sophomore Mira Mills, sophomore Morgan McKeen, junior Robbie Southall, sophomore Brianna Bodner, senior Megan Hill, sophomore Katie Woods, junior Gwyn Sonneveldt, sophomore Lily Chappell, and first-year Anna Cavanagh finished third in their heat with a mark of 7:17.6 and improved their time in the petite final for a win with a time of 7:11, beating RIT, Washington College, and PLU.
• The 3V8 consisted of first-year Eleanor Workman, graduate student Madeline Regenye, senior Tessa Allan, graduate student Lily Bufalino, first-year Amelia Clark, sophomore Hawa Zou, first-year Margaret Mathews, junior Anne Culhane-Williams, and sophomore Isabel Gustavsson placed sixth in their heat with a time of 7:55.9.

The Cougars will return to the water next weekend with their final meet before NEWMACs as they compete at Lake Quinsigamond.
