Women's Basketball
When: Wednesday, December 3 at Brandeis at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, December 6 vs. Emmanuel at 3:00 p.m.
What: The scarlet and white (6-1) are set to compare in a pair of non-conference contests this week starting at Brandeis and ending with a home game against Emmanuel. The Cougars are averaging 75.0 points, 43.9 rebounds, 15.6 assists, and 15.4 steals per game, while only allowing 55.9 points per night. Sophomore Cyriah Coleman leads the squad with an average of 14.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 2.6 steals per game. Junior Kailey Rios has added 13.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, and a team-high 19 made three-pointers. First-year Atiya Watson (10.6) and junior Catherine Antwi (10.1) also average in double-figures. Brandeis (6-0) has begun their season unblemished, capped by wins over RIC and Babson. The Judges are averaging 69.5 points, 47.3 rebounds, 13.2 assists, and 11.5 steals per night. Abby Kennedy is leading the squad with an average of 19.7 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. Sofia Berisha also averages in double-figures with 11.2 points per contest. Emmanuel (3-3) is averaging 72.3 points, 35.2 rebounds, 14.2 assists, and 17.5 steals per night. Nylah Mitchell leads the team with an average of 17.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.8 steals per game. Tyra Blye is also averaging in double-figures with 12.0 points per contest.  
 
Men's Basketball
When: Wednesday, December 3 vs. MIT at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 6 vs. No. 22 WPI at 1:00 p.m.  
What: The Cougars (5-3) are set to open NEWMAC play this week when they host a pair of games, opening with MIT and concluding with WPI. The scarlet and white are averaging 74.3 points, 39.0 rebounds, 14.4 assists, and 8.9 steals per night. First-year Aliaun Iscandari is leading the squad with an average of 16.4 points, 3.0 steals, and 3.9 rebounds per game. Sophomore Boluwasefe John earned NEWMAC Offensive and Defensive Athlete of the Week and was named to the d3hoops.com Team of the Week. He is averaging 14.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game. Senior Reid Neumann is also averaging in double-figures with 14.1 points and has connected on a team-high 28 three-pointers. Sophomore Kyle Squires is adding 9.9 who has hit 19 three-pointers. Junior Quentin Pridgen is registering 7.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per night. MIT (4-4) is averaging 71.6 points, 40.3 rebounds, and 12.6 assists per night. Isaac Dobie is leading the team with an average of 18.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Rome Delgado-Gonzalez is also averaging in double-figures with 12.8 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per contest. WPI (5-1) is averaging 79.3 points, 34.3 rebounds, 13.3 assists, and 9.3 steals per night. Justin Molen is leading the Engineers with an average of 17.8 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per night. Nathan Bledsoe (16.8) and J.R. Newman (12.7) are also averaging in double-figures.
 
Swimming and Diving
When: Friday, December 5 at Gompei Invitational at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 6 at Gompei Invitational at 10:00 a.m., Sunday, December 7 at Gompei Invitational at 10:00 a.m.
What: The scarlet and white will travel down the road to WPI to compete in the 2025 Gompei Invitational. In the 200-yard medley relay, Samuel Bier, Morgan Murray, Declan Hanscom, and Michael Villalba placed second overall with a mark of 1:48.81. Owen Powers won the 200-yard butterfly (2:26.07) and Gabriel Graphia (2:45.41) placed third. Murray (2:25.49) registered a victory in the 200-yard breaststroke. In the 500-yard freestyle, Bier won the event with a mark of 5:25.39 and Nick Cordell placed third. Max Klein finished second in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:47.04 and Owen Powers placed fourth (12:15.63). Villalba (1:59.72), Cordell (1:59.99), and Hanscom (2:10.09) all placed in the top five in the 200-yard freestyle event. Bier (27.89) and Klein (32.11) finished second and fourth, respectively in the 50-yard backstroke. Lina Dawson, Daizy Sweetman, Abby Seguin, and Wynne Collins won the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:56.99. Clark closed out the day with another victory in the 400-yard freestyle relay, Reaghan Samson, Libby Davidson, Dawson, and Collins clocked a mark of 3:55.57. Seguin tallied a mark of 11:53.97 in the 1,000-yard freestyle to earn a victory and later won the 50-yard butterfly (27.28). Collins registered a win in the 200-yard freestyle event with a time of 2:07.25 and Samson placed second (2:09.31). Olivia Whitney earned a victory in the 50-yard breaststroke with a mark of 32.35 and Sweetman (34.52) and Charlotte Scott (34.86) placed second and third. In the 50-yard freestyle, Davidson (25.90) won and Dawson (26.96) placed third. Collins (57.25) registered a victory in the 100-yard freestyle and Davidson (57.31) finished second. In the 200-yard backstroke, Samson won the event with a time of 2:21.01. Dawson later recorded a victory in the 500-yard freestyle with a mark of 5:40.19 and Samson placed second (5:48.86).
