Worcester, Mass. - Game two of the 2011 Worcester City College Volleyball tournament saw the Cougars of Clark University defeat the Lancers of Worcester State, 3-0 (25-22, 25-10, 25-21).

Amira Trachell (Falmouth, Mass.) led Clark with 12 kills and 14 digs. Mel Conde (Union City, Calif.) had nine kills, three service aces and four digs.

For Worcester State, Kristin Koles (Billerica, Mass.) came up strong with seven kills and three digs, and Becky Lebel (Millbury, Mass.) had 22 digs.

Clark's record stands at 2-2 while Worcester State's record falls to 2-4.

With the win, the Cougars reach the tournament championship game to face host WPI, while Worcester State meets Assumption in the consolation game.
