Fast Times Highlight Day Three At NEWMACs

Worcester, Mass. – After day three of the 2015 New England Women's And Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) swimming and diving championships, the Clark University women sit in ninth place with 205 points.

The Cougars got a ninth place finish from their 200-yard medley relay foursome of Liz Barker (Augusta, Maine), Natalie Omary (New York, N.Y.), Karina Urquhart (Sanford, Maine) and Kelsey Clary (Cambridge, Mass.) but their time of 1:53.42 is the second fastest time in school history.

Meanwhile, Melissa Orzechowski (Windsor, Conn.) turned in a fifth place effort in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 1:54.73, also the second fastest time in Clark annals.

The Scarlet and White will return to the pool on Sunday for the final day of this year's championship.
