Coach Sharma's Thoughts

"Today's meet was a bit of a tough one with a couple of challenging hills along with a variety in surfaces. Our athletes like every race gave their best. We've been trying to work on hills during practice, so we saw some improvements and consistency on both teams relative to the type of course we ran on in previous weeks. It was comparable to our first meet at Endicott which had some tough hills and when we compare their times to the meet at Endicott, we've seen some impressive improvements. The men's team saw some PR's which was fantastic, and the women's team kept great consistency after struggling with some injuries and other issues. We will continue to work on hills and after 4 weeks of hard training the athletes will have a well-deserved week of easier training next week."

Coach Ryan's Thoughts

"Changes to the course at Keene State made for a more challenging day for Clark athletes. However, they persevered and several athletes posted season-bests. Our two weeks of training since our last meet has paid off, and despite the hilly conditions everyone improved over the first race."
