WORCESTER, Mass.- Clark (11-6, 7-3 NEWMAC) finished out their regular season with a 4-0 loss to Babson (9-5-4, 5-2-3 NEWMAC). 

Junior Siobhan Lounsbury led the offensive effort with five shots for the scarlet and white, putting three on goal. 

How it Happened

•Senior goalie Morgan Small made a save for the Cougars in the 7th minute. 

•Kate Ryan found the back of the net for the Beavers shortly after to give Babson a 1-0 lead. 

•Lounsbury and fellow junior Emma Tziachris put a trio of shots on goal in the middle of the first half, but goalie Morgan Fedosiewich was able to stop them all.

•First-year Isabel Echeverry also fire a shot on goal for Clark in the first half.

•The Cougars almost got on the board on a header by sophomore Imani Salazar in the 58th minute. 

•The Beavers would score a trio of goals later in the half to pull away from Clark.

•The Cougars took 14 total shots, with seven of them on goal.

•Clark attempted five corners and committed seven fouls.

•Small's save was her 54th of the season, a personal best for a single season.

 What's Next

The Cougars will host a NEWMAC quarterfinal matchup on Tuesday and enters as the No. 3 seed. They will host Springfield for a match beginning at 7:00 p.m.
