- Senior Grace Sawyer started the second quarter with four consecutive saves over four minutes of play before MIT added three more goals in the frame.
- Graduate student Anna Joyce fired a shot on goal in the 44th minute that was saved off another Boland penalty corner.
- Sawyer recorded five more saves in the fourth quarter as the Cougars fell to MIT.
