Babson built upon the lead with senior Georgia Salvatore (Westwood, Mass.), who collected her 100th career goal in the contest, netting a pair of goals in the next five minutes to make it a 7-0 margin with 16:56 to go in the half.

Clark got off a pair of shots in the first half coming from sophomores Kiley Simmons (Atkinson, N.H.) and Hall. Harrington was also busy throughout the first-half as the first-year turned aside six of the 17 shots she faced during the contest.

Babson extended its margin to 11-0 at the end of the first half. The Beavers held onto the momentum through the remainder of regulation as Valarie Quinlan (Norwood, Mass.) notched the first of four Babson goals in the final half en route to the 15-0 final.
