Coach Sharma's Thoughts

"Both the men and women's teams absolutely tore through their previous-best times and either had season-bests or all-time PR's", stated Sharma. "It was a beautiful day out and a perfect day to run. As coaches we couldn't have imagined a better day for our athletes. It was quite visible on every single one of their faces that they were fighting through all the pain to get that elusive PR. It's difficult for us to single out individuals for their performance because every single one of them did so well and gave it their all today. There were hugs all around at the end of the meet."

Coach Ryan's Thoughts

"Today was another day where Clark athletes took advantage of great weather and a great course to push themselves to incredible personal and season bests", stated Ryan. "Almost every member of the team hit a personal best by significant numbers, some people by minutes. Morale on the team is high, and everyone is looking forward to our next meet at Keene State where I'm sure they'll all improve more."
