Simmons Records Four Goals in 11-8 Win Against Curry

WORCESTER, Mass.- Clark (2-3) rallied behind a trio of goals in the fourth quarter to take an 11-8 win over Curry (1-6) from Granger Field on Wednesday night.

How it Happened

Junior Elizabeth Liakos got the Cougars on the board with in the first quarter as Clark took an early 1-0 lead.
Sophomore Claudia Oakleaf added a goal off an assist from first-year Erin Lucas early in second quarter.
After trailing 2-1 heading into the second quarter, junior Kiley Simmons caught the hot hand, with three goals in the quarter as Clark trailed 7-5 at the break.
First-year Aubrey Conners and Simmons opened the third with their first and fourth goals of the game.
Minutes later, Conners gave Clark an 8-7 lead with a crisp shot. The third quarter would end with the score knotting up at eight apiece.
Oaklead ripped a pair of goals in the fourth, and Conners scored her first career hat trick to put the finishing touches on the game.
