Box Score DAVENPORT, Fla. - The Clark baseball team (2-2) battled with St. Vincent (3-2) for nine innings, but were edged 3-2 on Wednesday afternoon from Lake Myrtle Park.

Junior Samuel Farrell doubled to left center to open the game, but was left on base after being advanced to third as the Bearcats got out of the jam.

Senior Max Moss took the bump for Clark and got out of a jam in the first after allowing just one run.

After a pair of shutout innings from Moss, senior Anthony Keefe reached base with a walk in the top of the fourth, but was thrown out at second on a fielder's choice as the Cougars still trailed 1-0.

The Bearcats scored their second run of the game in the bottom of the fifth on a fielder's choice to take a 2-0 lead.

Graduate student Andrea Casabianca and junior Billy Sullivan each got on base in the top of the seventh, but were stranded.

Clark got within one in the top of the eighth with a single through the left side from sophomore CJ Johnson that scored sophomore Carter Doran to make it 2-1.

Graduate student Steven Mooney singled down the left field line to score sophomore Tyler Jones as the Cougars tied the game up at 2-2 in the top of the ninth.

The Bearcats walked off in the bottom of the ninth on a fielder's choice to win 3-2.
