Ruby Krasnow was announced as one of the individual competitors in the 2024 NCAA Championships.

The NCAA Championships will be held on Saturday, November 23 from LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Indiana beginning at 11:00 a.m.
This will be Krasnow's second appearance in the NCAA Championships after competing in 2022 and placed 181st overall.
So far in Krasnow's illustrious career, the senior has earned two All-NEWMAC Team, two All-Region, and is now a two-time participant in the NCAA Championships. Krasnow earned a spot in the NCAA Championships after finishing fifth overall at the NCAA Regionals from Hopkinton Fairgrounds with a time of 21:58.10.
To this point in the season, Krasnow has also earned three NEWMAC Runner of the Week honors with first-place finishes at the Wellesley Invitational (18:26.1) and Trinity Bantam Invitational (19:13.9) as well as a fourth-place finish among runners from all divisions with a time of 22:18.7.
Krasnow set a PR in the 6k at the Connecticut College Invitational (21.56.3) two weeks before earning a spot on the All-NEWMAC Team with a time of 22:02.7 from the Nehoiden Golf Course.
