Scouting the Cougars
- Clark (5-3) enters the tournament on a four-game winning streak, including a pair of NEWMAC victories over Wheaton and Salve Regina
- Senior Bruce Saintilus recently earned NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week and was named to the D3Hoops Team of the Week, while currently averaging 19.5 points and 5.1 rebounds per night, capped off by 24-point efforts against both Middlebury and Salve Regina
- Junior Reid Neumann is also averaging in double-figures with 11.5 points per game and has connected on a team-high 28 three-pointers
- Senior Kekoa McArdle is nearly averaging a double-double with 9.9 points and 8.8 rebounds per night, tallying three double-doubles so far this year
- Sophomore Quentin Pridgen was named NEWMAC Defensive Athlete of the Week, while averaging 8.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game
Scouting the Jumbos
- No. 10 Tufts (9-1) is outscoring their opponents by an average of 14.9 points, with 81.0 points scored and 66.1 points allowed per contest
- James Morakis leads the Jumbos with 18.2 points per night, including a pair of 24-point efforts against Endicott and Brandeis
- Scott Gyimesi (15.7) and Dylan Reilly (10.5) also average in double-figures for Tufts, with Gyimesi reaching 20 or more points in four games
