WALTHAM, Mass. – The Clark women's swimming and diving team traveled to Brandeis for a weekend meet and dropped the meet 142-94 on Saturday afternoon, in which four Cougars posted first-place finishes.
How it Happened
- Daizy Sweetman won the 1000-yard freestyle with a mark of 12:25.11 and later finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:46.12).
- Emily Munjar posted a victory in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:23.71 and Sydney Kochensparger (2:39.69) placed third.
- Libby Davidson (5:55.35) and Hazel Thomas (6:04.35) recorded first and second place finishes in the 500-yard freestyle.
- In the 100-yard individual medley, Thomas (1:12.59), Munjar (1:12.83), and Kochensparger (1:14.73) rounded out the top three.
- In the 200-yard medley relay, Amelia Kulzer, Sweetman, Abby Seguin, and Wynne Collins placed second overall with a time of 2:03.63.
- Collins (27.27) and Kulzer (28.64) finished second and fourth respectively in the 50-yard freestyle event, while Collins later placed second in the 100-yard freestyle (59.20).
- Munjar (1:06.23) and Annemaire Walsh (1:14.91) recorded second and fourth place finishes in the 100-yard backstroke.
- In the 100-yard butterfly, Kulzer (1:11.07) and Walsh (1:16.62) placed third and fourth overall.
- Charlotte Scott finished fourth overall after clocking a 2:21.77 in the 200-yard freestyle.
- In the 400-yard freestyle relay, Seguin, Walsh, Collins, and Kochensparger placed second with a time of 4:01.35.

The scarlet and white will return to the water on Saturday, February 1 when they host Coast Guard for their senior day meet beginning at 1:00 p.m.
