SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – The Clark women's swimming and diving team opened the 2026 portion of their season with a road tri-meet against Wheaton and Mount Holyoke on Friday from the MHC Natatorium.

How it Happened

• In the 200-yard medley relay, Lina Dawson, Charlotte Scott, Abby Seguin, and Libby Davidson placed second overall with a time of 2:00.52.
• Seguin won the 50-yard freestyle after recording a 26.28 frame and later clocked a 5:36.55 in the 500-yard freestyle.
• Dawson posted a fourth-place finish in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a mark of 12:32.12.
• Wynne Collins (2:08.82) and Olivia Whitney (2:13.27) placed fifth and seventh respectively in the 200-yard freestyle.
• In the 200-yard individual medley, Scott (2:34.44) and Momo Sutton (2:46.96) finished fifth and ninth.
• Collins placed sixth in the 100-yard butterfly with a frame of 1:11.06.
• Whitney (1:02.17) finished fifth in the 100-yard freestyle.
• In the 100-yard backstroke, Reaghan Samson (1:07.62), Ivy Joyal (1:10.52), and Daizy Sweetman (1:23.51) all competed.
• Scott (1:18.49), Davidson (1:21.18) and Sweetman (1:21.21) swam in the 100-yard breaststroke.
• In the 400-yard freestyle relay, Samson, Whitney, Joyal, and Collins placed third with a time of 4:06.32.

What's Next
The scarlet and white will be back in action tomorrow afternoon when they welcome Saint Joseph's (Ct.) to the Kneller for a meet beginning at 1:00 p.m.
