BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – The Clark men's swimming and diving team closed out the regular season by traveling to Bridgewater State to take on the Bears and Plymouth State on Saturday afternoon from the Moriarty Pool.
Clark tallied a 105-59 victory over Plymouth State and fell 164-56 to Bridgewater State.
How it Happened
- In the 200-yard medley relay, Samuel Bier, Morgan Murray, Declan Hanscom, and Gabriel Graphia placed fourth with a time of 1:50.67.
- Bier posted a victory in the 1,000-yard freestyle event with a mark of 11:01.44 and later finished second in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.36).
- Nick Cordell won the 500-yard freestyle (5:31.04) and Max Klein (5:34.79) placed second.
- Cordell (11:20.65) placed second in the 1,000-yard freestyle.
- In the 100-yard individual medley, Morgan Murray clocked a 59.25 and ended up third overall, while later placing fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.74).
- Klein (2:04.73) and Graphia (2:07.50) finished fourth and fifth in the 200-yard freestyle.
- In the 50-yard freestyle, Bradyn Potter (24.71) and Joseph Genovesi (25.26) placed sixth and eighth.
- Daniel Neau swam in the 100-yard butterfly and clocked a 1:20.69 to finish fifth.
- Cordell (54.83) and Potter (55.32) placed sixth and seventh in the 100-yard freestyle.
- Hanscom finished sixth in the 100-yard backstroke with a mark of 1:07.96.
- In the 200-yard freestyle relay, Graphia, Genovesi, Hanscom, and Potter placed finished fifth.
