WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University rowing team competed on Lake Quinsigamond with Bates, Hamilton, PLU, Trinity, Wesleyan, Wellesley, William Smith, and WPI on Sunday morning, their second straight day of competition. 

How it Happened

• Clark's V8 of Veronica Prescott, Leyna Rogers, Lucy Powdermaker, Julia Kaiser, Danielle Chace, Anastazia Salazar, Jordan Cambre, Carmella Martone, and Anna Cavanagh finished with a 7:51.4 in the Final B. 

• Clark's 2V8 of Eva Royter, Grace Bramer, Cass Hayden, Valeria Munoz, Izzy Freedman, Amelia Clark, Elsa Galvin, and Sara Parvin finished with a time of 8:27.4 in Heat A before posting a time of 8:37.83 in Final B, 28.9 seconds ahead of their competitor. 

What's Next

The Cougars will return to Lake Quinsigamond next Saturday as they compete with Colby, Connecticut College, Trinity, and WPI beginning at 10:00 a.m.
