Bridgette Reyes was named Clark’s Head Women’s Basketball Coach on June 29, 2022, and just concluded her fourth season at the helm in the 2025-26 campaign.
In this past season, Reyes led the Cougars to their first NEWMAC Championship appearance since 2005, as well as the team’s first win at Babson since 2007 in the Semifinal game. Additionally, Clark claimed the Worcester City Championship for a third consecutive season. At the end-of-season awards, she, alongside assistant coaches Hannah Howard and Haley Wilder, was named the NEWMAC Coaching Staff of the Year, marking the first time Clark has earned that honor since 2004. Two players were named to All-NEWMAC teams, with six players earning spots on the NEWMAC Academic Team.
In the 2024-25 season, Reyes coached the NEWMAC Rookie of the Year in Cyriah Coleman, who became the first Cougar since 2004 to win the award. The team also claimed the Worcester City Championship for a second consecutive season, while eight players were named to the NEWMAC Academic Team.
Reyes brought the Cougars to their first NEWMAC Tournament appearance since the 2018-19 season as Clark posted a 15-11 record. The teams 15 wins and five in conference since the 2011-12 season. Reyes helped the Cougars capture their first Worcester City Championship since the 2013-14 season with a victory over WPI. Five members of the team earned spots on the All-NEWMAC Academic Team.
Reyes recorded 11 victories in her first season at the helm and earned conference victories over Wellesley and Mount Holyoke. Reyes earned her first win at Clark with a 62-57 victory over Worcester State. Eight Cougars were named to the All-NEWMAC Academic Team.
Reyes, a graduate of Vanguard University, spent five seasons as the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Caltech and led the program to the two most winningest seasons in its history. In Reyes' second season, the Beavers recorded its first double-digit win season of all-time and she coached the program's first-ever First Team All-Conference and All-Region player.
During the 2021-22 season at Caltech, Reyes guided the Beavers to 11 wins and earned a spot in the SCIAC Tournament, the first conference tournament appearance in the program's history. The team had a stretch in conference play that saw four wins over a five-game stretch, including a win over eventual conference champion Whittier.
Before becoming the Head Coach at Caltech, Reyes was an assistant at Loyola Marymount during the 2015-16 season and she assisted in all areas including coaching, recruiting, social media efforts, and academics. Reyes before her stint at Loyola Marymount, served as the Head Coach of Bishop Montgomery High School for three years. She was named Coach of the Year twice after leading her squad to two CIF Division 4AA Southern Sectional titles.
Reyes also spent a year as an Assistant Coach at Vanguard and a season at Cal State University, Dominguez Hills.
As a player, Reyes started her collegiate career with an NCAA Tournament appearance at Boise State transferring to Vanguard, where she won an NAIA National Championship title and was also named Co-National Player of the Year. After she graduated, Reyes played for one year professionally in Portugal.
Reyes earned her bachelor of arts in business administration from Vanguard and later received her master's degree from Concordia University in coaching and athletic administration.
