Chagnon just completed her fourth season at the helm in the 2026 season. Chagnon served as the team's Interim Head Coach during the 2023 campaign before taking over as the Head Coach in the 2024 season.
In 2025, women's lacrosse secured conference wins over Wellesley, Mount Holyoke, and Emerson. Annie Battles earned a NEWMAC defensive player of the week award, finishing the season as the program leader in career saves. Erin Lucas also earned a NEWMAC offensive player of the week award, earning a USA Lacrosse DIII player of the week award as well. In addition, seven players were named to the NEWMAC All-Academic team at the conclusion of the season.
The scarlet and white tallied seven victories and a program high three NEWMAC wins in 2024. The Cougars topped Wellesley, Emerson, and Mount Holyoke in NEWMAC action. Elizabeth Liakos posted a career year, tallying 42 goals and 13 assists. Sophie Didier (28) and Erin Lucas (26) also recorded north of 25 points on the season. Clark led the league in player-down goals per game (.53) and ground balls per contest (20.47).
In Chagnon's first season at the helm in 2023, the Cougars won five games and posted a 4-4 record at home, including NEWMAC wins over Emerson and Mount Holyoke. Offensively, the team saw four players score over 20 points, including Elizabeth Liakos (36) and Kiley Simmons (35) who each tallied north of 30 points. The Cougars were ranked second in the conference in ground balls per game (21.93) and fourth in caused turnovers per contest (9.47).
Prior to Clark, Stevens spent six years as the head coach at King's College and Intramural Director. Stevens has also coached at Green Mountain College (2014-2016) and was an assistant at Randolph College for a season. She graduated from Randolph in 2013 with a degree in Sports and Exercise Studies, while being a four-year starter in both lacrosse and soccer.
