Devin Baker joins the Cougars on the sidelines for their inaugural season, serving as an assistant coach for the 2019-20 campaign.

A native of Jacksonville, Fla., Baker comes to Clark following a successful four-year career as a defender at Centre College. During her time as a student-athlete, Baker helped boost the Colonels to an undefeated season in Southern Athletic Association on way to a regular-season championship during the 2016 season. While at Centre, Baker was awarded the prestigious Character Award, given by the Centre College Athletic Department to the student-athlete who made the greatest impact on their community. In addition to lacrosse, Baker was also a four-year varsity cheerleader while helping found the Student Athletic Diversity Board. She also founded and led the first Danville Women’s March.

Upon graduating, Baker worked as the Youth Program and Tournament Director at the Lax Box in Florida, collecting honors as the winningest coach. Additionally, she was an assistant coach at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, Fla. and an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at the University of North Florida.
