BRUNSWICK, Me. – The Clark University men's lacrosse team (3-10) played its final non-conference game of the year with a game at No. 7 Bowdoin (13-0) and fell 28-7 on Wednesday night from Whittier Field.

How it Happened

• Senior Tommy McCarthy tied the game at 1-1 with 10:55 to go in the first quarter off a pass from senior Benjamin Hollerbach.
• Junior Dylan Harloff then registered three saves before first-year Matt Wells netted Clark's second goal of the game with 2:52 left in the first quarter.
• Senior Ryan Mickelson entered the goal in the second quarter and stopped a pair of early shots and five total saves in the quarter and sophomore Patrick Liddy found the back of the net in the quarter for the Cougars third goal.
• Junior Declan Fitzpatrick netted a goal to open the third quarter off a pass from sophomore Attilio LaVecchia and senior Steve Caione scored later in the period off a feed from McCarthy as Clark trailed 20-5.
• McCarthy and sophomore Matthew Minkwitz scored Clark's final two goals of the game in the fourth quarter,

• McCarthy netted two goals and dished out an assist.
