WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University volleyball team (10-5, 2-2 NEWMAC) hosted their first tri-match of the year, welcoming in Salve Regina (9-6, 0-4 NEWMAC) and WNE (6-7) to the Kneller and came away with a pair of victories on Saturday afternoon.

Clark 3, Salve Regina 0

• Clark took the first set 25-17, the second set 25-20, and the final set 25-17.
• The Cougars recorded 43 kills, dished out 40 assists, and registered 44 digs.
• Seniors Victoria Pastor, Sheyenne Williams, and Camille Flurry each recorded nine kills in the match.
• Junior Camille Sterling added eight kills and two blocks.
• First-year Julia Dopazo led the team with 20 assists and junior Yvanna Torres added 17 helpers.
• Sophomore Yumeng Liu led the squad with 13 digs.

Clark 3, WNE 1

• The scarlet and white won the first set 25-20, fell 29-27 in the second set, and took the final two sets 25-21.
• Pastor and Williams each tallied 12 kills.
• Flurry added 10 kills and two blocks.
• First-year Winifred Gakidis (6), senior Sofia Scherrer del Llano (5), Sterling (3), graduate student Cameron Gill (2), first-year Harper Chinn (1), and graduate student Ava Spach (1) also recorded kills in the match.
• Dopazo dished out 27 assists and Torres added 20.
• Liu led the team in digs with 21 and service aces with six.

What's Next
Clark will close out a three-game homestand on Tuesday night with a home NEWMAC match against Wheaton beginning at 7:00 p.m.
