Men's Cross Country

Men's Cross Country Finishes 17th at Connecticut College Invitational

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Clark University men's cross country team placed 17th overall at the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday morning from Harkness Memorial State Park.

How it Happened
  • First-year Summit Smoker finished first among the Cougars with a time of 27:06.6, 84th overall.
  • Junior William Pulvino placed second on the team with a mark of 28:12.1, 142nd overall.
  • Sophomore Robert Burton clocked a time of 28:15.1 which placed third on the squad, 144th overall.
  • Senior Kevin Braunwart recorded a mark of 29:53.9 to finish fourth on the team, 213th overall.
  • Senior Evan Sucov (30:36.6), sophomore Gage Delgado (31:15.8), and graduate student Max Rosenfeld (34:19.5) rounded out the top seven.
  • Junior Noah Katz (36:39.90) also competed for the Cougars.
What's Next
Clark will be back in action on Saturday, November 2 when they compete at the 2024 NEWMAC Championships from the Nehoiden Golf Course beginning at 12:00 p.m.
