BOSTON, Mass. – The Clark University rowing team competed at the legendary Head of the Charles event on Sunday afternoon from the Charles River and saw their boats place 23rd and 34th overall.

How it Happened

• In the women's collegiate 8, Clark's V8 of Sowbernika Rajesh, Anna Cavanagh, Charlotte Leavitt, Danielle Chace, Brianna Bodner, Robbie Southall, Anna Tinklenberg, Lucy Powdermaker, and Katie Woods clocked a time of 18:34.158 to place 23rd overall.
• The Cougars 2V8 of Jesse Lowe, Sara Parvin, Victoria Weirich-Freiberg, Amelia Clark, Julia Bosco, Isabel Gustavsson, Carmella Martone, Abigale Luetjen, and Julia Kaiser also competed and recorded a mark of 20:21.303, which finished 34th.

The Cougars will close out their fall season when they compete at the Wormtown Chase on Saturday from Lake Quinsigamond.
