Edward Shepherd-Johnson and first-year
Ziad Tabbara competed in day one of the ITA Regionals on Friday afternoon from Tufts University.
Shepherd-Johnson and Tabbara competed together in doubles in the morning before each competing individually in singles later in the day.
Doubles
- Shepherd-Johnson and Tabbara took on Axel Edstrom and Luca Garbati from Trinity and recorded three games won before dropping the match 8-3.
Singles
- Shepherd-Johnson recorded a convincing 6-2, 6-2 win over Ashton Meuse of Colby Sawyer.
- Tabbara later competed in singles against Leon Liu (Williams) and dropped the match 6-0, 6-3.
- In the round of 32, Shepherd-Johnson won five combined games against Nicholas Chen (Williams) before falling 6-2, 6-3.
