Softball Unveils 2025 Schedule

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University softball team released their 2025 schedule as announced by first year head coach Katelyn Barton on Wednesday afternoon.

The scarlet and white will compete in 38 total games, including 12 at home, 16 away contests, and 10 neutral site fixtures.

Clark will open their season on Sunday, March 2 when they travel to Florida for 10 games, starting with a contest against Simmons at 11:30 a.m. The Cougars will then play a pair of opponents to be determined on March 2 and 3 before closing out the 3rd with a game against Neumann. The scarlet and white will then close out the Florida trip with contests against St. Vincent (3/4), Emmanuel (3/4), Johnson and Wales (3/6), North Central (3/6), Eastern (3/7), and Adrian (3/7).

The Cougars will then return to Massachusetts and compete in their first road contests of the season against Worcester State (3/25) beginning at 4:00/6:00 p.m. Clark then will play in six straight home games, opening with a NEWMAC doubleheader against Wellesley (3/29), then welcoming Fitchburg State (4/1), and closing with Coast Guard (4/4).

The scarlet and white then travel to Wheaton (4/5) and Nichols (4/8) for games before returning home for a NEWMAC twin bill with Salve Regina (4/12). After a road doubleheader against Framingham State (4/15), the Cougars will head to Emerson (4/18) before returning home to take on Smith (4/19).

Clark will close out the season with six of their last eight on the road beginning with a crosstown matchup at WPI (4/25), then a road fixture at Springfield (4/26), before hosting Babson (5/2) for their final two home games of the year, and end the season at MIT (5/3).
