WORCESTER, Mass. – Six members of the Clark University women's soccer team were honored by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) as Division III Academic All-District Team members.
Seniors
Jayme Brown and
Emma Shaughnessy, junior
Sadie Cohen, and sophomores
Selene Hammad,
Georgia Louis, and
Madeleine Reeves earned the accolade.
The CSC recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's matches or start at least 66 percent of contests and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale), while being at least a sophomore both academically and athletically.
