WORCESTER, Mass. – The Clark University rowing team hosted their first home regatta of the spring and saw their V8 come away with a victory against Connecticut College and Hamilton on Saturday morning from Lake Quinsigamond.

How it Happened

• Clark's V8 of Mira Mills, Abigale Luetjen, Brianna Bodner, Danielle Chace, Charlotte Leavitt, Lucy Powdermaker, Katie Woods, Robbie Southall, and Anna Tinklenberg clinched their second victory of the spring with a mark of 7:41.4, which was over nine seconds faster than Hamilton.
• The Cougars 2V8 of Sowbernika Rajesh, Lindsey Wilder, Victoria Weirich-Freiberg, Anastazia Salazar, Jordan Cambre, Julia Bosco, Isabel Gustavsson, Leyna Rogers, and Anna Cavanagh placed second with a time of 8:20.54, finishing ahead of Conn College and behind Hamilton.

Clark will return to the water on Saturday when they compete for the Barbara Grant Donahue Cup beginning at 8:00 a.m.
