Worcester, Mass. - WPI freshman Theresa
Logan poured in a career-best 19 points to lift host WPI
past city rival Clark 70-49 in NEWMAC women's basketball action on
Saturday afternoon.
With their third straight win, the Engineers push their record to

10 minute stretch midway through the opening stanza, turning a 11-9
deficit into a 22-11 advantage.
The Cougars would attempt to claw back into the contest, drawing to
within five at 24-19, before Melissa Kuhn and Lauren Hannmann
canned 3-pointers in the final minute of the half to send the hosts
to the locker room with a 30-19 lead at the break.
Logan's 19 points off the bench tops her previous career-high of 18
set against Johnson & Wales. Hannmann aided the WPI effort with
15 points and six rebounds while Kuhn chipped in with 14 points, a
game-best five assists and four steals.
