CAMBRIDGE, Mass.- Clark (4-10, 0-6 NEWMAC) was unable to find much success Saturday against No. 6 MIT (14-1, 7-0 NEWMAC).

Doubles

• MIT pulled off shutouts across the board in doubles. For Clark, senior Grayson LaCroix and sophomore Hannah Russo played No. 1, junior Liliya Georgista and first-year Leilani Brown played No. 2, and senior Mahek Deora and first-year Emma Allen played No. 3.

Singles

• At No. 1 singles, Russo managed to pick up a couple of games off of her highly ranked foe in a 6-1, 6-1 loss.

• The Cougars lost across the board at No. 2-6. LaCroix, Brown, Georgista, and juniors Maeve McEnroe and Nardin Sayoufi competed in singles for the Cougars.

What's Next

Clark returns home for their matchup with Smith on Tuesday. That match begins at 3:30 at the Corash Tennis Courts.
