HOPKINTON, N.H. – The Clark University women's cross country competed in their fourth event of the season at the 12th Annual Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on Friday afternoon with a seventh-place finish.

How it Happened

• Senior Ruby Krasnow finished first among the Cougars and all DIII competitors with a time of 22:18.62, which also placed ahead of DI runners from Maine, Connecticut, and UMass Amherst.
• Sophomore Nicole Steele placed second on the team and 39th overall with a mark of 24:51.32.
• Senior Lily Carey recorded a 42nd place finish with a time of 24:58.19.
• Junior Siobhan Connolly (25:21.16), junior Abigail Gahagan (26:21.51), sophomore Mary Elena Morales (26:49.10), and junior Emmy Udry (30:01.31) rounded out the top seven.
• Senior Wynne Dromey (31:37.80), sophomore Lily Vincent (32:22.75), and first-year Antonia Schneider (35:19.79) also competed for the Cougars.

What's Next
The scarlet and white will compete in their final meet of the regular season when they travel to Connecticut College on Saturday, October 19 at 10:00 a.m.
