NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Clark University women's cross country team finished 14th overall in the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday morning from Harkness Memorial State Park.

How it Happened

• Senior Ruby Krasnow finished 30th overall with a time of 21:56.30 and was the only Cougar to compete in the blue race.
• Fellow senior Lily Carey recorded a mark of 23:41.30 to finish first on the team and 44th overall.
• Sophomore Nicole Steele placed second on the team with a time of 24:36.20, 81st overall.
• Junior Siobhan Connolly finished third on the squad with a mark of 25:12.80, 110th overall.
• Sophomore Mary Elena Morales placed fourth among the Cougars after clocking a 25:17.90, 116th overall.
• Junior Abigail Gahagan (25:56.90), sophomore Fatima Soussi (28:21.90), and junior Emmy Udry (29:05.10) rounded out the top seven.
• Senior Wynne Dromey (31:44.90), sophomore Lily Vincent (32:03.30), and first-year Antonia Schneider (32:47.60) also competed.

What's Next
Clark will return to action on Saturday, November 2 when they travel to the Nehoiden Golf Course for the 2024 NEWMAC Championships beginning at 11:00 a.m.
