HARTFORD, Conn. – Senior Ruby Krasnow recorded her second victory of the season on Saturday morning from the Trinity Invitational, with the Cougar team placing fifth overall.

Krasnow registered the victory with a mark of 19:13.90 in the 5k, which was over two seconds faster than Abby Fernald of Connecticut College.

How it Happened

• Sophomore Nicole Steele placed second on the squad and 33rd overall with a time of 21:24.1.
• Senior Lily Carey finished 50th and third on the team with a mark of 21:57.5.
• Sophomore Mary Elena Morales placed fourth among the Cougars and 59th overall, clocking a time of 22:19.2.
• Junior Siobhan Connolly (22:20.8), junior Abigail Gahagan (23:37), and sophomore Fatima Soussi (26:41.1) rounded out the team's top seven.
• Senior Wynne Dromey (27:55.7) and sophomore Lily Vincent (28:54.2) also competed for the Cougars.

Clark will return to action on Saturday, September 21 when they run at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.
